Lunch Box Idea 2

I try to hit a balance in the packed lunch with respect to the carbs, protein, fat, minerals & vitamins; I do so by keeping a watch on the items I pack collectively. There is one cereal as major portion rice or wheat usually, one pulse dish either dal or chole or rajma kinds or paneer or so; one seasonal fruit or veggie portion and a hydrating drink mostly buttermilk as TH sweats extensively round the year.

Lunch Box Idea: 2

1. Phulkas

2. Chole masala.

3. Buttermilk with salt & cumin powder

4. Sliced Cucumber
