Drink: Banana Cardamom Lassi

Banana lassi with cardamom is a heavenly combination, I would say. Moreover, when we use over ripe bananas the sugar can either be minimized or even avoided completely making it a healthy treat.

  1. 1. Chilled curds - 1 1/2 glass
  2. 2. Over ripe banana - 1
  3. 3. Cardamom - 2
  4. 4. Sugar as per taste
  1. Peel the banana, slice and add into a mixer jar; add cardamom powder, curds, sugar if using and whip until smooth.
  2. Transfer into serving glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
